Running a Inventory Summary Report
Print a report based on either the current found set or total inventory. This report is customizable.
Running this report:
1. Click the "Run Report" button to the right of the report definition.
2. Choose the field you would like to summarize the report by and click the “Continue” button. (Example: Summarizing by category will group all items in the same category together and sort them by the category name.)
3. Choose what field contents will be displayed for each column of the report. To make a selection for a column click on the column, title for each column down the row and, then choose from the drop down list to make your selection. Once you have made your choices click the “Continue” button.
4. Choose whether you would like to build the report for “All” of your collection or just the items in the “Current” found set. (Note: Choosing “All” will include every record in your database while choosing “Current” will include only those records that are currently displayed in your List.
5. Once the report is displayed you may print the report by going to File/Print.
6. To exit the report and return the reports menu click the “Continue” button to the left of the report.
